The lingonberry powder is ready to use, and it blends smoothly. A tablespoon of powder corresponds to one serving of berries in accordance with the nutritional recommendations, and even a smaller portion is enough to flavor a snack.
Like cranberry, lingonberry powder goes well with baking and desserts, where the acidity of the lingonberry balances the sweetness of other ingredients. Lingonberry complements the taste of bilberries and strawberries in smoothies and bowl recipes. You can also use lingonberry powder for Christmas baking, or prepare a creamy lingonberry parfait for dessert.
