Order Cancellation and Refunds

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


Order Return 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable goods (such as food, and supplement). Please be advised that we do not accept returns for any reason, including buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with product performance.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order through our contact form. You can contact the logistics company immediately, providing pictures of the damaged products and the time of receipt. We will promptly work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement product or issuing a refund at our discretion.
