個人每朝空腹一茶匙黑加侖子粉，改善胃炎非常有效。

之前喺鼠友group見到有人推薦呢隻藍莓粉，話鼠鼠飲完可以長命啲，藍莓對鼠鼠好有益，本身屋企兩隻鼠鼠都唔鍾意食藍莓，所以想買嚟試吓，結果佢哋都係唔鍾意🤣 佢哋唔鍾意就唯有主人自己食咗佢，通常直接沖熱水嚟飲，我覺得熱飲好味過凍飲🤣 每朝早一杯，臨瞓前一杯，而家望多咗電子螢幕，隻眼都冇以前咁易攰🤣
